There are over 40 characters in this game, each with a place in the narrative and a distinctive skill set to explore. You’ll get answers to several questions about the Mishima clan through text introductions, cutscenes, loading screens, and even fights. While not the final game in the series, it concludes this long-lasting plot. In this entry, the family drama unveils even further, creating an emotionally-charged backdrop for brutal fights. Not only has the game brought in a wide, eclectic range of characters, but it's also provided huge representation with guest fighters from multiple other franchises. While no one but the game's developers truly know whether Season 4 is the end, the amount of content available, coupled with all the things the game already has, suggests that this could be the potential end for Tekken 7. This, combined with the current season pass only being as long as half of a regular season, indicates that Namco may feel the same way. The game's mix of old and new characters has produced what may be one of the best rosters fans have ever had, and every character fits right into Tekken's signature style and gameplay. Certainly there are still fans out there hoping to see the likes of Christie or Bruce Irvin, but Tekken 7 really has the best assortment of DLC characters in recent fighting games. One of the biggest things pointing to the end is that there aren't that many characters left to put in. Season 4 is arguably the best time to let the game cruise as it stands because it truly seems like more content may not be coming, but the game has done wonders to revitalize and rejuvenate the entire Tekken scene. Not only does Tekken 7 offer a game where Street Fighter exists within it, but it's also been through numerous Tekken World Tours and introduced a trove of new faces. With this latest season offering half of the usual content, we seem to have reached that point. The game now has 54 characters, and with Season 4's Lidia Sobieska could mark the end of new content outside of patches as the game could now cruise for a while until a new game on all the content it already has. Players definitely had variety with the selection choices. The characters have basically been a mix of classic ones, guests and new ones, and fans have gotten the likes of Ganryu, Leroy and even Geese Howard. Tekken 7 has gone the distance since its release to please fans old and new. With all of that said, given how long the game's been out and how much content we've gotten, even if the game continues for a while, Season 4 could be the final round and the end of an era for fans of the game. The game has introduced a lot in the way of DLC and got down to even things like frame data. In that time, the range of DLC characters has brought us characters from the unexpected Negan to fan favorites like Zafina and Kunimitsu. Namco released Tekken 7 back in 2016, and since then, there's been a steady release of content.
